As a Sales Consultant & Customer Service Specialist, you will connect with prospective and existing patients, manage inquiries and follow-ups, convert leads into appointments, support scheduling and front desk operations, and confidently discuss pricing, promotions, memberships, packages, and financing options.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle patient calls with confidence and professionalism
- Convert inquiries into consultations and booked appointments
- Follow up consistently with prospective patient leads
- Discuss pricing, promotions, memberships, packages, and financing
- Manage scheduling, check-in, check-out, and patient communication
- Maintain CRM records and track conversion goals
